The Hutchins School of Liberal Studies at Sonoma State University is searching for a Visiting Professor to teach interdisciplinary courses including Developmental Child Psychology. This is a one-year, nonrenewable position for fall 2015 and spring 2016. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 3 courses per semester, including a 12-unit lower-division cadre-run course, upper division interdisciplinary seminar courses on Psychology, a lecture course on Developmental Child Psychology and Educational Studies for our teacher preparation track, and the Senior Capstone course. In addition to teaching, candidates are expected to engage in academic advising, to assist the department with administrative and/or committee work.
