LMU has Two Positions Open

The Department of Psychological Science at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) is hiring for 2 tenure-line positions at the assistant level, one in developmental psychology and one in clinical psychology, to start August 15, 2025. PhD candidates who anticipate their degree by August 15 are eligible to apply.

A little information on LMU and the position: LMU is a private liberal arts university located in Los Angeles, CA, just north of the LAX airport. The university is committed to education of undergraduate students in the Jesuit pedagogical tradition. This means an emphasis on education of the whole student, with an orientation toward social justice and a deep commitment to diversity in our colleagues’ interests, talents, and backgrounds. Though the university is Jesuit, faculty and students hold many different religious beliefs. The Department of Psychological Science is an undergraduate-only department. Tenure-track faculty members teach on a 2-2-2-3 rotation (4-unit classes), with a 40% teaching, 40% research, 20% university/dept/college service model.
