WPA Convention – Proposal Timelines

Sequence of dates for the processing of proposals for the 2027 conference:

Monday, December 15, 2026 
11:59 PST is the submission deadline for proposals for the 2027 conference. Proposals may only be submitted online.

February 2027
Notification of the action (acceptance or rejection) of the Program Review will be sent to the email address provided with your proposal.

February or March 2027
Notification of the date(s) and time(s) of your presentation(s) will be sent to the email address provided with your proposal. Contact the WPA office via email if you have not been notified by March 20^th, 2027 (search your junk/spam email folders first).

March 2027
The conference program will be available online. A printed program will be distributed at the conference.
